How is my monthly rate calculated?
Your standard monthly rate is your weekly rate × 4.33 — the average number of weeks in a month. For example, 1 dog at R150/week = R150 × 4.33 = R649.50, rounded to R640. This keeps every month consistent regardless of how many Mondays (or whichever day) fall in it. As one of our first 20 clients you get 20% off that monthly rate — so 1 dog is just R512/month for as long as you stay with us.

- Your monthly rate is your weekly rate multiplied by 4.33 — the average number of weeks in a month. So 1 dog = R150 × 4.33 = R650, rounded to R640 for your convenience.
- Is there a contract or minimum term?
- No contracts, no minimum term, cancel anytime. We earn your business visit by visit.
- What does 'first clean FREE' mean?
- Your very first visit is completely free — no payment, no commitment. See exactly what we do before spending a cent.
- What if I'm not home or the gate is locked when you arrive?
- No problem — we just need access to the area being cleaned. If we arrive and can't get in, we'll wait up to 15 minutes and try to reach you. If we still can't get access, we'll reschedule your visit for later that week where possible. If we can't fit a reschedule in, that visit is skipped (no carry-over) — so the easiest thing is to make sure the gate is open or we have a way in on your visit day.
- Is there a launch discount?
- Yes. Our first 20 clients get 20% off their monthly rate for as long as they stay with us. Weekly rates stay the same — the discount applies to monthly billing. Spots are limited and go fast, so book your free first clean to lock it in.
- What is F10 disinfection?
- F10 is a veterinary-grade disinfectant used in clinics worldwide. We disinfect all our scooping equipment between every single property so we never carry germs from one garden to yours.
- What areas do you cover?
- We currently serve the Southern Suburbs, Atlantic Seaboard, Northern Suburbs, City Bowl, and West Coast areas of Cape Town. Contact us if you're unsure whether we cover your area.
- How do I add a second weekly visit?
- Add a second visit each week for just R80/week (R340/month). Simply mention it when you book.
